Senior Paid Search Manager

This role is responsible for leading the global paid search and affiliate strategy across six markets. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Google Ads, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube.

  • Lead global Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns
  • Manage feed health and optimisation with Intelligent Reach
  • Oversee affiliate growth strategy using Commission Factory and Partnerize
  • Own campaign structure, testing, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Directors and agency partners
  • Mentor direct reports and support channel development

The successful candidate will be comfortable using performance dashboards and running granular analysis, fast, detail-focused, and excited to drive performance in a high-growth brand.

Key Responsibilities:Paid Search Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube platforms.

Affiliate Growth Strategy:

Create and implement effective affiliate growth strategies using Commission Factory and Partnerize platforms.

Campaign Management:

Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing Directors and agency partners, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Technical understanding of feeds, IDs, categorisation, and Google Merchant Centre
  • Experience with affiliate platforms and desire to grow that channel
  • Ability to use performance dashboards and run granular analysis
  • Fast-paced, detail-focused, and results-driven work style
