Senior Leadership Opportunity in Retirement Living

This is a senior management role leading quality retirement living services. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and management of the Resthaven Retirement Living portfolio.

Key responsibilities include providing direct line management to staff, resident engagement and experience, legislative compliance, financial management, and strategic contribution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior leadership roles in the retirement living sector, demonstrated understanding of all areas of the relevant legislation, and ability to effectively manage human, financial, information, and physical resources.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing systems of continuous improvement, managing risk, and building relationships with residents and stakeholders.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our modern office.
