As a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for young people who have experienced trauma and neglect. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day care, teaching practical and social skills, and preparing young people for adulthood.

">Requirements:">

To be successful in this role, you will need qualifications such as Cert IV in Child, Family, and Youth Intervention (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain it. You will also require a current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2.

You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays. A genuine commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture is essential.
