About the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to support our children and young people with various needs.

As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our children and young people to live their best lives. You must bring genuine passion and commitment to make a difference in the lives of these young people.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will possess clear and effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record management.
  • Be able to follow policies and procedures.
  • Be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals.
  • Be flexible to work across a 24/7 roster.
Required Qualifications and Certifications
  • A minimum of Cert IV qualification recognized under the child safety minimum qualification standards, or be willing to actively study.
  • Certification in Hope and Healing for residential care (or ability to obtain).
  • A current minimum P1 C class Queensland driver's license.
  • A registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive insured vehicle.
  • First Aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain).
  • A Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or ability to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality Safety & You.
