Clough Group has an exciting opportunity for a Document Control Specialist to join the team in Perth. In this role, you will effectively manage the document control function across projects working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective and fit-for-purpose document control services, complying with company requirements.

  • Implementing and maintaining the information strategy with respect to controlled document activities across projects under the direction of the Information Manager
  • Delivering data-driven document control activities throughout the full lifecycle of infrastructure, resources, and/or energy projects
  • Leading a team of document control resources in projects across Clough Group's scope, including domestic, site-based, and external service providers, driving a culture of teamwork
  • Mentoring, managing goals, and driving KPI performance of all document control team members to achieve a high-performance culture

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • 5 years of experience in a document control or information management leadership position
  • Extensive experience in a construction/engineering/mining environment
  • Exposure to and knowledge of managing offshore external service providers
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • High attention to detail
  • An ability to embrace change and drive improvement initiatives, coupled with experience in managing KPIs/performance-related management
