Job Opportunity: Critical Care Physician
Location: Gold Coast, Australia
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified doctor to join our team as a Critical Care Physician in the Short Stay/post-operative care unit at Gold Coast Health.
About the Role:
- Manage urgent and emergent issues assisting the nursing staff.
- Participate in day, after-hours and night roster as required, providing clinical support under supervision.
- Develop skills relevant to management of ICU patients through hands-on experience and training.
About You:
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- A Bachelor in Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or recognised equivalent qualification.
- AHPRA Registration.
- Evidence of vaccination, or ability to be vaccinated against specified diseases.
- Tuberculosis screening.
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees.
