Civil Labourer Job Description

Looking for a challenging role in the construction industry? Trades Workforce Solutions offers quality tradespeople to various sectors. We have an exciting opportunity for experienced civil labourers to join our team in Melbourne's western and northern suburbs.

This is a great chance to work with a reputable company, developing your skills and expertise in general civil labouring and earth works. The role involves working on minor roads and subdivisions, including tasks such as back filling pipes and pits, concrete placement, shovelling, pipe laying, sand and gravel bagging, dewatering, and site flagging/delineation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Construction White Card
  • Reliable transport
  • Genuine interest in learning civil/earth works
  • Great work ethic and initiative as a team player
Benefits:
  • A 38-hour week from Monday to Friday with overtime available regularly
  • An hourly rate of $32.50-$36.00 per hour, plus overtime and allowance
  • A friendly, team-oriented work environment
