Job Overview

This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a new career in the IT industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our dynamic, future-focused IT Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 technical support for students and staff, including installing, maintaining, and configuring computer systems.
  • Manage the IT helpdesk and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.
  • Support audio-visual set-up and events, including installations and maintenance of Audio Visual equipment.
  • Resolve hardware, software, audio visual, and networking technical issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and general computing knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Competent knowledge of Windows and Apple Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365, and basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Wi-Fi.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, self-motivated, and able to work unsupervised with a methodical approach to assigned tasks.
  • A vehicle and an open license for short travel between campuses are required.
