About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services.
  • Conduct joint sessions with staff members and contribute to the development of the Paediatric service.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Drivers license and own vehicle.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
