About the Role
The Software Craftsmanship Lead will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing scalable and reliable software applications using Python.
- Developing and integrating RESTful and other API interfaces for seamless communication between various systems.
- Containerizing and deploying applications in a consistent and efficient manner using Docker.
- Working with database systems such as MySQL and VictoriaMetrics for data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
- Designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows using Airflow for automation and orchestration.
- Implementing and managing data streaming solutions using Kafka for real-time data processing.
- Utilizing Redis for caching and other in-memory data storage solutions to enhance application performance.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations using Grafana to monitor system performance and key metrics.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and product managers.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
