We are in search of a dedicated Supervisor who possesses a deep commitment to the child welfare sector, with a focus on culturally competent and trauma-informed methodologies.

Our Integrated Family Services aim to deliver customized support to enhance family dynamics and promote the well-being of children and adolescents. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, foster meaningful partnerships with external entities, navigate complex challenges, and effectively manage and oversee workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical oversight, guiding and evaluating staff within Integrated Family Services on case matters while escalating risks as per established protocols.
  • Conduct regular case assessments to ensure that effective strategies are in place and that appropriate management is being executed.
  • Assess and respond to risks in a timely manner, ensuring that necessary documentation is completed and followed up on.
  • Adopt a strengths-based, child-centered approach in all family service interactions with children, youth, and families.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in comprehensive case management with families, utilizing holistic, consultative, and collaborative strategies.
  • Proven track record of engaging with First Nations communities, as well as Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and Newly Arrived populations.
  • Educational Background: A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related Social Sciences at the degree level, or extensive relevant experience.
