We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtor collections, processing cash receipts, and resolving account queries with customers and sales teams.

This role involves working closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payment allocation, and effective customer account management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing debtor collections and daily cash receipt processing
  • Resolving account queries with customers and sales teams
  • Processing credit applications and assessing customer credit worthiness
  • Reconciling debtor accounts and general ledger monthly
  • Generating reports including cash forecasts, bad debt reviews, and held order reports
  • Maintaining accurate records, issuing invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements

About You

  • Experience in end-to-end accounts receivable, ideally in high-volume environments
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
  • Confident, curious, and proactive in resolving issues and following up
  • Resilient and well-organised, especially under pressure
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with suppliers
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems
