About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Sporting Globe Bar and Grill in Surfers Paradise. This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for the hospitality industry.



Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and effectively controlling all operations across the venue, including running the restaurant and bar. They will also support the Venue and Assistant Venue Manager by opening and closing the venue, manage the FOH operational facets of the business, and adhere to and audit OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.



Salary and Benefits


The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive competitive performance-based incentives, attractive salary package, and KPI Bonus structure. You will also enjoy discounts on food and drink across the Signature Hospitality Group brands and have access to personal development plans for growth.



Requirements


To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2yrs Hospitality Management experience, experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the industry and a strong sales culture. You must also hold an RSA certificate and have experience in the financial aspects of a business.
