Bar and Restaurant Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced sports bar and grill environment? We're seeking an experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Sporting Globe.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the efficient and effective control of all venue operations, including restaurant and bar management.
  • Support the Venue and Assistant Venue Manager in opening and closing the venue.
  • Lead the Front of House (FOH) operational aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver superior service and quality, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
  • Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader.
  • Maintain current market knowledge and engage in promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.
  • Critical to this role is the ability to take a strategic approach in driving revenue, management, food and beverage, customer service, and achieving financial targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality management.
  • Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture.
  • Experience in the financial aspects of a business.
  • RSA certificate.
