About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in leading and developing our educational programs, ensuring that all children receive a high-quality learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
