Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist/Speech Pathologist/Podiatrist/Psychologist

HealthcareLink is seeking a talented and experienced Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Podiatrist, or Psychologist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients and collaborating with other allied health professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for children and adults with various disabilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Work within the NDIS to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
- Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant Allied Health discipline.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body in Australia.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with a diverse range of patients and conditions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
