High-performance animal feed manufacturers rely on experienced professionals to oversee the production of premium quality products. At the heart of this operation is the Site Supervisor, a vital role that ensures consistent quality and market-acceptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimizing manufacturing facility operations for maximum efficiency
  • Ensuring quality assurance and workplace health and safety standards are maintained
  • Producing high-quality animal feeds in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Implementing best practice plant hygiene and maintenance standards
  • Adhering to environmental management practices and regulations
  • Effectively managing site personnel
  • Scheduling and planning production efficiently to utilize plant capabilities
  • Supporting stock takes and traceability of incoming raw materials
  • Providing regular performance reports

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in animal feed manufacturing or intensive livestock farming, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on leadership experience.
