Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support to clients, including assistance with personal care, cooking, and household tasks.
- Assist clients with shopping, transportation, and community activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and carers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and public holidays.
