Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of up to 12 staff, including two senior reports, and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage and sign off on staff work, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to company standards.
- Coach and mentor staff to develop their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
- Civil or Structural Engineering degree from a reputable Australian University (or similar).
- Considerable local consulting and leadership experience in Remedial/Strata, Building Forensics, Facades, and Expert Witness.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to guide and deal with a multitude of different clientele.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Potential part-ownership opportunities.
