Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Communication Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, providing support and advice to clients and stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise both digital and traditional communication activities, making a significant impact on our organisation's success.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in journalism, public relations, or communications, as well as at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing/communications role. A baseline clearance is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external communications on digital platforms
  • Provide support, advice, and effective strategies to engage clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the contact centre, the first point of entry for clients seeking information

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in journalism, public relations, or communications
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing/communications role
  • Baseline clearance
