About Our Graduate Speech Pathologist Program

We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.

As a Speech Pathologist in this position, you will help participants from age 6 to 65 across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC.

We're dedicated to helping you grow as a clinician. Our program starts you off with a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions.

  • Support: You'll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges.
  • Mentorship: One-on-one supervision by a discipline-specific mentor.
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling.
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: The works – laptop, phone + all of our sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go.
