Hotel Services Manager

The Team Leader of Housekeeping plays a vital role in delivering quality housekeeping and cleaning services at Infinite Care. This position focuses on infection control and ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for residents.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role works alongside and is responsible for supervising cleaning and laundry staff to maintain high standards. As part of your role, you will review processes, identify improvement opportunities, complete audits, and provide feedback to facility management. You will also coach, mentor, and train team members at our Mount Lofty facility.
About YouWe are looking for a compassionate individual with a customer service mindset, leadership qualities, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will build supportive relationships and strive to ensure your team delivers the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
We hire on attitude and aptitude, so you don't need experience in the aged care sector. However, you must be aligned with our philosophy and values and be able to demonstrate previous leadership/supervisory experience in a similar environment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, providing guidance and support.
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and laundry quality standards are met.
- Proactive and measured attitude to identifying and preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
