About The Role

Located in the Western Australian region, the Certified Practicing Valuer role is responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner in the residential space, as well as commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibility areas include:

  1. Maintaining operational focus with a strong emphasis on positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Providing quality valuation reports that meet client expectations.
  3. Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the local property market.
  4. Identifying and pursuing business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

About You

We are seeking a driven professional with a CPV qualification, appropriate valuation skills, and exceptional communication and business development skills. You will have a commitment to professional development, together with:

  1. A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  2. CPV status combined with residential and commercial valuation experience.
  3. Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.
