About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader/Associate to take ownership of architectural projects from briefing through to delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of design thinking and technical execution, perfect for someone who wants to lead complex projects across all phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects
  • Coordinate and manage internal teams and client expectations
  • Champion design quality while maintaining timelines and compliance
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Take ownership of project reporting, risk management and performance tracking
Required Expertise
  • 8+ years post-graduate experience, with at least 5 years leading design projects
  • Experience across concept design, documentation and construction phases
  • Strong Revit capability and confidence working in a BIM environment
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organisational, time management and client-facing skills
