We are seeking a compassionate and flexible casual worker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and outgoing individual who is passionate about providing support and care to others.

Flexibility with regards to scheduling, including afternoons, days, evenings, mornings, public holidays, and weekends, is essential for this role.

Previous experience in the disability sector is preferred but not necessary as comprehensive training can be provided.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer competitive hourly rates, overtime pay, penalty rates, and supplementary benefits.

To apply, you must have a valid Worker Screening Check and hold a manual handling certificate. First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate, and Driver Licence are also highly desirable.

Australia-based workers are preferred, and in-person work location is required.
