The Opportunity

As a Member Support Consultant, you will build and maintain a thriving membership base by delivering exceptional customer service, sales support, and member engagement.

  • Contribute to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create positive and personalized member experiences.
  • Respond successfully to member enquiries.
About You

To succeed in this role, you need to possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to help others. You should also have current First Aid & CPR certificates and a valid Working with Children Check.

What We Can Offer You

You will receive a competitive salary package, including an OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (base plus commission), plus super. A complimentary all-access Goodlife membership and access to our industry-leading learning resources are also included.
