About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Data Transformation Practice.

As a client-facing consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing advice, services and support to help our clients achieve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will be responsible for developing new client work with existing clients and through new client opportunities, providing vision and direction for your team, setting and achieving strategic business targets, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 7+ years of industry experience working with organisations that have undertaken large scale data transformations, a sound understanding of data strategy, data platforms, data governance and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations, and strong project management skills.
