We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Gucci Australia PTY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a large team to achieve and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement key clientele strategies to build and nurture a strong client base.
  • Work closely with Head Office departments to deliver strategic goals, including HR, Client Engagement, Finance, and Merchandising.
  • Mentor and develop management team members as they provide first-line support to Client Advisors.
  • Partner with the Retail Director and HR on people-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, development plans, and performance management.
  • Build, develop, and retain a strong team through effective staff coaching and development.
  • Ensure the store is maintained at all times, particularly through visual merchandising and safety standards.
  • Lead and support the management of Gucci events, focusing on staffing, client appointments, and meeting budgeted sales targets.

About You


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership abilities. They will also possess the ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
