About this role

We are a fast-paced, high-volume men's fashion wear brand with a strong presence in the market. We pride ourselves on good customer service and constant dedication to producing and delivering high-quality men's wear.

Your primary responsibility as a Store Manager will be to provide a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service.

Key performance indicators for this role include providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge to every customer, achieving sales targets, taking ownership of stock management and minimizing shrinkage to maximize profit contribution, leading and managing a team of sales assistants to achieve business objectives, and contributing to visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role, be able to work weekends and flexible hours as required, and have an interest in fashion and trends.

  • Achieve sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Taking ownership of stock management and minimizing shrinkage to maximize profit contribution
  • Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to achieve business objectives
