We are looking for a Mobile App Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in mobile testing, with familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in mobile app development environments.
  • They will also have experience in testing both iOS and Android Apps across manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in mobile testing tools such as Appium, XCTest, Espresso, knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and familiarity with mobile automation frameworks.
  • Experience in testing mobile apps for high-traffic platforms or e-commerce applications is required.
  • A strong understanding of mobile app development processes, knowledge of industry standards and best practices in mobile testing and awareness of mobile security concerns is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing project requirements and leadership qualities for team collaboration are essential.
  • The ability to identify functional tests for Automation and knowledge of Automation frameworks is required. The ability to contribute to test scripting and maintenance is also necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather requirements, design functional tests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Expertise in Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured and working with XML and JSON for content/data feeds and REST for consuming API is required.
  • Strong experience working in a Continuous Testing / DevOps environment and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • The ability to analyse functional and automated testing problems and develop appropriate solutions is crucial.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with Agile ways of working is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, project managers and stakeholders are essential.
