AYAN InfoTech is looking for ETL Application Tester to join an exciting project based in Melbourne / Sydney. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role:ETL Application Tester
Location:Melbourne/Sydney
Contract Duration:3 Months with high possible extensions
Experience:4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:- Data Migration and Data Warehousing Testing: Conduct thorough testing of data migration and data warehousing processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and encryption.
- SQL Query Writing: Develop and execute complex SQL queries to validate data transformations.
- Test Automation: Utilize Python or other scripting languages to automate test processes and improve testing efficiency.
- Test Data Management: Create test data based on transformation rules in JIRA.
- Test Management: Create, maintain test cases, validation scripts, test strategy, test plan, RTM.
- SDLC Cycle: Participate in all phases of SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Test Management: Manage and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Track and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Experience in Insurance domain is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment, using Jira and Confluence.
