Key Responsibilities:- Provide desktop side troubleshooting, maintenance, and IT support to end-users, both locally and remotely.
- Assist in fulfilling sites' IT needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Set up computer, printer, email, mobile device for end-users, promoting efficient workflow.
- Configure SOHO router, WIFI AP, patch network cable, and troubleshoot Cisco switches' LED lights, maintaining network integrity.
- Train staff on newly installed hardware and software systems, enhancing employee productivity.
- Check Security software and perform regular update and patch management, safeguarding against cyber threats.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
- Industry-based certifications (MCSA/MCSE/CCNA/ITIL) and/or formal training.
- White Card.
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting an IT environment with over 60 computers.
- Experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, LAN, Wireless Networks.
- Familiarity with General Operating Systems, Enterprise Programming languages, and office software.
