Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Specialist based in Newcastle, NSW, with some work-from-home. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and supporting accounting activities. Daily tasks include full end to end finance activities, preparing reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with team members to support the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze financial data
  • Proficiency in Finance and understanding of Financial Statements
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Accounting desirable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Cert IV Book Keeping or Finance
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
