We are seeking a skilled and versatile Professional Support Lawyer to join our criminal defence practice. A highly competent individual with exceptional attention to detail is required to provide administrative and secretarial support to the principal solicitor.

  • Key responsibilities include managing client files, correspondence, and Court documentation, coordinating diaries, appointments, and deadlines, and liaising professionally with clients, counsel, and Court staff.
  • A strong background in administration or a related field, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong time-management and organisational skills, as well as a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Mature, professional presentation and demeanour are also crucial for success in this position.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
