
Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Support Consultant. This exciting opportunity will see you play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems efficiently;
- Collaborating with our product team to resolve complex issues and identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Ensuring all products are properly integrated and functioning, providing a seamless experience for customers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease. You'll also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a dynamic work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a technical helpdesk or contact centre setting;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to teach and add value to customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
