Content Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Modelling Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an efficient content modelling system that can scale with our organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content design systems, content modelling and/or information architecture, as well as experience working with data and research to optimise content performance.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating personalised and relevant content for customers, and has excellent stakeholder management skills.

About the Role:

  • Build out an efficient content modelling system
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop content definitions and relationships
  • Establish a flexible and consistent content tagging system
  • Support the development of best practice content processes, tools and systems
  • Work with peers in the content design team to create and deliver content design frameworks and solutions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in journalism, professional writing and editing or a similar communications field
  • At least 2 years' experience in content modelling, content design, UX content strategy, product content design or information architecture
  • Demonstrated expertise in content design systems, content modelling and/or information architecture
  • Traditional CMS production experience
  • Strong background in using data and research to optimise content performance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
