**Job Opportunity:**

A permanent role is available in a dynamic team located in St Marys.

The job involves various tasks including assisting customers, data entry, and ensuring orders are correct.

Duties will also include:

  • Providing customer support with product inquiries and knowledge;
  • Entering data for orders and providing updates;
  • Verifying orders have been shipped correctly;
  • Following up with suppliers, internal departments, and shipments;
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints;
  • Assisting the warehouse team with packing orders and checking stock;
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as required.

Applicants should possess:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service;
  • Warehouse experience is preferred but not essential;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Basic computer literacy;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
  • Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
