Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Health Wangaratta. About the Role: As a Registered Nurse with Northeast Health Wangaratta, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and providing exceptional care to patients and their families. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training.



Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of patients and their families
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices
• Contribute to the growth and development of our nursing teams, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues



Requirements:

• Hold a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing education and professional development
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
• Possess a strong understanding of current nursing practices and evidence-based care
