About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to residents
  • Lead and support lower classified employees to achieve great outcomes for residents
  • Complete comprehensive clinical documentation
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive clinical team
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in nursing or hospital equivalent certificate
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Genuine interest in working in aged care
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and lead teams
  • Capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload
  • Flexibility for shift work
