We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our Assisted Living team and deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

About the Role:
  • Care Management - 30%:
    • The ideal candidate will oversee case management for all residents in assisted living areas.
    • They will collaborate with attending physicians to plan resident care, treatment, rehabilitation, etc. as needed.
    • Notifications to resident's attending physician(s) and family will be coordinated in accordance with nursing policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management - 20%:
    • The successful candidate will ensure quality assurance, infection control, and universal precaution practices are maintained throughout assisted living operations.
    • Resident rooms, treatment areas, work areas/equipment will be maintained in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
  • Operations Management - 20%:
    • They will manage assisted living operations to guarantee compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
    • Admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents will be coordinated as necessary through the interdisciplinary team.
  • Team Development and Leadership - 15%:
    • Supervising assisted living staff is a key responsibility.
    • A positive work environment will be fostered to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Financial Oversight - 10%:
    • The ideal candidate will oversee monthly financials to ensure annual budget and other financial targets are met.
  • Reporting and Compliance - 5%:
    • Participating in screening potential admissions for care needs and suitability of admission is essential.
