Systems Integration Specialist

Our mission is to connect people and places to make the world work better.

The role will be primarily responsible for maintaining the company's workforce management system in conjunction with UKG, ensuring the function is in line with labour laws and company policies.

This key role will collaborate with operational teams including Payroll, Training, IT, and IR/ER Specialist to influence process changes and optimise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document current processes and seek to update management of Kronos

- System testing, troubleshooting and participate in System Optimization review activities

- Maintain Integrations in BOOMI, data integrity, system and process compliance by following agreed procedures

Requirements:

- At least 3 years plus experience in similar role with good technical knowledge of UKG Pro WFM and operational processes AND good working knowledge configuring integrations in BOOMI

- Strong Customer Service ethic and skills
