Kronos Expert

As a highly skilled Kronos professional, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level consulting services to clients. Your extensive experience in Kronos configurations and workforce integration manager will enable you to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING BLOCKS OF KRONOS FUNCTIONAL CONFIGURATIONS: Design, develop, and deploy customized Kronos configurations using SDM and PTM.
  • KRONOS CLOCK TERMINALS: Implement and troubleshoot Kronos clock terminals to ensure seamless time tracking and attendance management.
  • AUTHORING PL/SQL PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE CODE: Develop efficient and effective PL/SQL code to support Kronos reports development and database maintenance.
  • JAVA, J2EE, AND UI TECHNOLOGIES: Utilize expertise in Java, J2EE, and UI technologies to design and implement Oracle-based solutions.
  • AGILE METHODOLOGY: Apply Agile principles to deliver high-quality solutions and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A KRONOS EXPERT.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN KRONOS REPORTS DEVELOPMENT AND DATABASE TABLES AND VIEWS.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
