Job Title: Kronos Functional Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Kronos Functional Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our clients on the implementation and configuration of Kronos solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical expertise in Kronos configurations and Retail Stores solutions
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Kronos clock terminals, workforce integration manager, and functional configuration building blocks
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL programming, Java, J2EE, UI technologies, and Oracle-based solutions
  • Experience with troubleshooting, configuration maintenance, Agile methodology, and Kronos reports development
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
