Senior Group Fitness Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team as a new Head Coach. As the face of our business, you will be integral to everything we do.
You will play a critical role in growing our member base by actively recruiting new members and retaining existing ones. On a daily basis, you will ensure all members feel welcome and guide them through motivating and inspiring 50-minute workouts.
As Lead Fitness Professional, you will oversee our training team alongside the Studio Manager, ensuring trainers use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to teach safe and effective exercises at all times. You will also use your great personality to make us the best training experience anywhere.
In this role, you will work closely with the owner/franchisee to deliver key objectives and contribute to the studio's success. Your time will be split between working on the floor, taking classes, and a small administrative role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading teams with demonstrated experience
- Previous training experience, preferably group training
- Demonstrated experience building and sustaining a client base
- Certification in Fitness (Cert 3 and 4 or higher)
