Plumbing Maintenance Professional

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled plumbing maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing team, you will be responsible for providing expert plumbing maintenance services to our commercial clients across various locations.

Your primary focus will be on carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. You will also be involved in installing new plumbing fixtures, replacing old assets, and troubleshooting and identifying defective plumbing and design issues.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance
  • Install new plumbing fixtures/replace end-of-life assets
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot, and identify defective plumbing and design issues
  • Inspect and identify leaks, both plumbing and roofing
  • Provide cost-effective but comprehensive repairs, providing value and quality for our clients
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with team members and clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert 3 - Plumbing
  • Strong Commercial Maintenance Experience
  • White Card
  • Driving Licence
  • TMV Ticket (Desirable)
  • Backflow Prevention Experience (Desirable)
  • Cert 4 (Desirable)
