Plumbing Leadership Role

This senior position oversees the daily operations of the plumbing department, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

The Plumbing Manager coordinates teams, manages customer relations, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. They maintain a clear line of communication between clients, technicians, and suppliers, ensuring that all aspects of the plumbing services meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and assignment of plumbing jobs to optimize resource allocation and timely project completion.
  • Manage inventory control of plumbing supplies and equipment, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and procure high-quality materials and services.
  • Develop and manage the plumbing department's operational strategy, including forecasting expenses and revenue to meet financial targets.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for plumbing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in the latest techniques and technologies.
