About the Role

The Training Course Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of course programmes, coordinating training resources, managing trainee performance, and contributing to curriculum development. Key responsibilities include developing, updating, and distributing course programmes, allocating training resources, communicating course schedules, maintaining trainee performance data, and supporting the refinement of course content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update course programmes to meet the needs of our trainees.
  • Work closely with the Course Implementation Officer to allocate training resources, including simulator use.
  • Communicate course schedules and any changes to instructors and trainees.
  • Manage trainee performance data and generate regular management reports.
  • Support the Officer in Charge and Senior Navigation Instructor in refining course content, particularly practical training exercises.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in training, assessment, or education are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in modern education techniques, planning, and scheduling is essential.
  • A background in a defence training environment is also beneficial.
