The role of a Chief Concierge encompasses leading a team to provide exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the front desk, ensuring seamless interactions between guests and staff.
  • Leverage strong leadership skills to motivate a team of 30–40 members, empowering them to deliver accurate and engaging information on property facilities, local attractions, transportation options, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience, including but not limited to: limousine services, butlers, VIP services, guest relations, housekeeping, and front office teams.
  • Develop and implement service standards, best practices, and operational procedures to continuously elevate the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

This position requires previous experience as an Assistant or Chief Concierge in a luxury or five-star property, coupled with a Diploma in Hospitality or a related field. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. In-depth knowledge of the surrounding areas is also highly desirable.
