TGI FRIDAYS is a global brand with nearly 1,000 restaurants across 61 countries.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, creating memorable guest experiences, and fostering a fun and vibrant culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Working closely with the kitchen to deliver top-notch food quality
  • Managing floor operations, from running food to clearing tables
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Fostering a positive atmosphere for guests to enjoy

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar position (not required)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
