About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Dope Fusion, a family-owned and operated business that prides itself on supporting the local community and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Manage food costs and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the owner to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Qualifications: Experience in multiple cuisines (experience in street food is a bonus).
